This isn’t your average Caesar. Made with Greek yogurt and parmesan, this creamy, tangy dressing delivers a satisfying dose of protein—about 17g per ¾ cup of Greek yogurt and 10g per ounce of parmesan cheese. I also toss in a spoonful of homemade sauerkraut for an extra hit of probiotics, plus fiber-rich romaine to nourish your gut and keep blood sugar steady. Add grilled chicken, and it becomes a full meal—one I come back to again and again for lunch or dinner. It’s crisp, comforting, and secretly good for you.
